Based in Uccle, APAM (www.apam.be) is an Entreprise de Travail Adapté (ETA) whose mission is to provide meaningful employment for people with disabilities, ensuring their financial independence and an activity suited to their abilities. They work as salaried workers.

The business activity is highly diversified: packaging, mailing, shrink-wrapping, electrical assembly, carpentry, recycling, gardening, distribution of all-purpose boxes, etc. APAM currently employs 170 people, including 140 disabled workers.
