It must be said that it is sometimes easier to bring a team to your company than to organise the transport of goods to our tailored work company (formerly called sheltered workshop). This is because the production work may be large, difficult to move or require a particular environment that cannot be reproduced on our site. It may also be a need for logistical reinforcement for a warehouseman or logistics job in your warehouse.

In short, APAM offers almost all its services on the sites of companies in Brussels or the surrounding area. We have been sending teams of workers supervised by an instructor for many years.

This is not temporary labour as our workers are under the direct supervision of their monitor. Your work instructions will go through our monitor who is experienced in supervising the team. In concrete terms, we draw up a company contract setting out the terms of the collaboration in terms of the nature of the work, the number of workers to be provided for, the duration of the assignment, working hours, etc.

Our prevention advisor will inform you and set up the reception and safety conditions to be provided for our workers.
